Please note:

Clearance items are available online only (for shipping or in-store pick-up, within our typical fulfillment timeframes). We cannot bring out items in clearance to purchase in-store.

We cannot put clearance items on hold (first come, first serve)

All products are final sale when purchased at a discount

We do not permit any changes to orders during sale/clearance periods, this includes, but is not limited to: combining multiple orders to be shipped together; changing pick-up orders to shipping orders, and vice-versa; adding or removing items from your order, (even if it was just placed); cancelling orders, etc.

Though we do our best to match lots wherever possible, matching lots are not guaranteed with clearance items (whether requested or not / have visible differences or not). Each product will have a disclaimer according to any dye lot policies you should be aware of, and are all strictly final sale
