Kit Couture - Almö T-shirt Kit

The Almö T-shirt is a must-have that can be used for both ordinary days and festive occasions. The T-shirt is knit in a mix of Kid Mohair and Merino, which makes it soft and light to wear. The Almö T-shirt has puff sleeves and a beautiful round neckline that is underlined by the festive Shimmery yarn and a contrasting colour of Merino. The stripes provide the Almö T-shirt with a sporty and at the same time, elegant look.

Materials & Techniques:

YARN
Merino (80% merino and 20% nylon), Kid Mohair (70% super kid mohair and 30% mulberry silk) and Shimmery (80% viscose and 20% metallic polyester)

KNITTING DIRECTION AND TECHNIQUE
Bottom-up, lace pattern

TOOLS
2.5 mm (40 cm), 4 mm (40 cm) and 4 mm (80 cm) circular needles. If you are not knitting with the "magic loop" technique, you should also use 2.5 mm double pointed needles. Remember to order needles as they are not included in the kit.

GAUGE SWATCH
It's always recommended to do a gauge swatch before commencing your project, to get the right tension and thereby the right fit.

The Almö T-Shirt has a classic fit with puff sleeves. They recommend that you have a positive ease of 10-15 cm.
