We host knitting and fibre arts events in Toronto throughout the year, welcoming knitters, crocheters, and makers of all skill levels.

Located in North Toronto, our modern yarn shop combines a curated luxury yarn selection, a cozy lounge and café environment, and a warm community atmosphere where fibre artists gather to connect and create.

More than a yarn shop, The Knitting Loft is a creative community space where fibre artists gather to share inspiration and connect.

Our events are designed to create a welcoming environment for makers to explore new yarns, meet fellow crafters, and enjoy time in a relaxed creative setting.

General Pickup FAQs

Multiple Orders

If you want to pick up multiple orders at once, wait until you’ve received a “Ready for Pick-up” notification for each order, and you may pick them up together. 

Who can pick up?

Anyone can pick up your order as long as they have the required order details (order number, name on order, and “R” code if provided). No advance notice required.

Can you hold my order longer? 

No. Hold times are strict due to limited space. If you need more flexibility, please select shipping at checkout. We ask that you please organize a pick-up person if you are unable to meet the pick-up time. 

Can I make changes at pick-up?  

Our standard exchange policies apply to pick-up orders. Orders are strictly final sale at a discount. 

Can you rush my order?

We unfortunately cannot rush orders during sales or event periods, and you will need to come back when your order is ready. However, we are typically able to accommodate rushed pick-ups during regular operations. Please call to coordinate. 

Where is my order?

We work to have pick-up orders ready within 24-48 hours on a regular basis. However, during sale periods, please anticipate 5 - 7 business days for processing. We ask that you please wait for our services to resume as usual before contacting us about order status as we work to process a high-volume of orders.
