Lamana - Como Grande Bouclé

COMO Grande Bouclé is a brand new SUPERLIGHT Bouclé yarn made of 100% superfine merino wool with 18.5 microns thus achieves the category Bulky (yardage 131 yd. on 1.76 oz.). The carded yarn achieves its unique volume and its extremely soft feel through an innovative manufacturing method. 

The mulesing-free raw wool for COMO Grande Bouclé is sourced from selected Australian shepherds and is spun and dyed in Italy by a family-run traditional company. The merino wool used is certified regarding animal welfare, sustainability and social responsibility and this yarn is certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, Product Class I (textiles and materials for infants and toddlers up to three years of age).


COMO Grande Bouclé can be worked one-stranded, but also offers the ideal basis for combinations with other qualities of Lamana. For an extra portion of fluff and even more softness, COMO Grande Bouclé can be wonderfully knitted with Lamana's Super-Kid mohair yarn PREMIA.


Care: COMO Grande Bouclé can be washed in the washing machine using the wool cycle at 30°. The wool then blooms again and becomes noticeably softer, fluffier and the knitting pattern even more dense. It is recommended to use a neutral, mild wool detergent without enzymes and plasticizers, in very low doses. Then dry the knitted piece gently lying flat and avoid direct sunlight.
