Icelandic designer Brynja Björk has created many stunning shawl designs. This particular shawl is worked from the neck down, designed to accommodate two colours but can also be customized with as many colours as you desire.

The shawl consists of five sections, incorporating twisted stitches, brioche, and lace knitting techniques. Increases are added between each section. The two-color knitting adds fun and variety to the process, yet the pattern is surprisingly simple and quick to complete.

Designer Brynja Björk selected sport-weight Yak Merino yarn (50% yak, 50% merino wool) paired with silky mohair to add a luxurious, fluffy texture to this shawl.
